Position Overview:

The Executive Assistant to the CEO serves as the right hand to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring operational fluidity, communication effectiveness, and calendar and task precision. This role is equal parts strategic support, logistics coordination, accounting and executive gatekeeping, designed for a professional who thinks three steps ahead and executes with grace under pressure.

Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and priorities across multiple time zones.

Serve as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

Coordinate executive communications, including confidential emails, memos, reports, and meeting notes.

Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly briefing materials are prepared in advance with strategic insight.

Handle travel arrangements including flight, lodging, ground transportation, and itineraries.

Organize and track CEO projects, initiatives, and high-level tasks to ensure follow-through.

Support Board of Directors prep, investor communications, and C-suite level coordination.

Maintain confidentiality in all matters related to personnel, corporate strategy, and financial operations.

Monitor and triage incoming requests, determining urgency and appropriate routing.

Accounting and Payroll support

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree required

5+ years supporting C-level executives, preferably in a high-growth or high-stakes business environment.

Mastery in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and executive platforms like Slack, Zoom, and Asana.

Exceptional skills in written communication, decision-making, and prioritization.

High emotional intelligence, discretion, and executive presence.
