Job Title: CEO Assistant (Fresher)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized CEO Assistant to support the CEO in daily administrative and operational tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates who want to gain exposure to business operations and executive management.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage the CEO’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.

* Coordinate meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.

* Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.

* Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents.

* Assist in travel arrangements, bookings, and expense tracking.

* Conduct research and gather information for business projects.

* Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

* Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.

* Support special projects and other tasks assigned by the CEO.

Requirements

* Any Bachelor’s degree.

* Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
