We are looking for a motivated and detail-driven individual to join our team on a contract basis, supporting our growing compliance function.
What You’ll Need:
- Matric (Grade 12)
- A qualification in Business Administration, Paralegal Studies, or similar (advantageous)
- At least 1 year of administrative experience in a professional environment
- Practical experience working with CIPC systems (eServices and/or BizPortal) – essential
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational ability
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing company registrations, amendments, and statutory changes with CIPC
- Handling annual returns, beneficial ownership filings, and compliance submissions
- Tracking deadlines and ensuring all filings are submitted accurately and on time
- Liaising with CIPC and monitoring application progress
- Preparing supporting documentation, resolutions, and compliance templates
- Maintaining well-organised client files and records
- Assisting with bank documentation and administrative processes
- Providing general administrative support to the team
