Position Overview
The Receptionist/HR Admin plays a vital role in providing front-line support for the office, manages various tasks, and assists the Human Resources department. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering calls, scheduling appointments, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and supporting HR functions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, and strong organizational abilities to ensure smooth daily operations in both the reception area and HR office tasks.
Principal Duties & Responsibilities
Greet and check in visitors and guests, providing directions and assistance as needed.
Track inventory and order supplies.
Answer phones, assist with recruitment related activities.
Assist in booking conference rooms and making sure conference rooms are stocked.
Organize company wide events – lunches, employee engagement activities, prizes.
Organize engagement and community involvement activities, serve on the committee and plan events accordingly.
Sort and distribute mail, handle interaction of shipping with USPS and FEDEX
Assist with the new hire process: set up of work area, swag bags, new hire orientation packets, make new hire folders.
Keep note of guests badges and collect them accordingly.
Assists HR Department and other departments with a variety of tasks.
Administrative duties as needed (laminating materials, assembling packages to be shipped, organizing supply room, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Ability to learn quickly and become proficient in products and standard operating procedures.
Must maintain excellent interpersonal and communication skills including problem solving.
Must be accurate and efficient.
Must be proficient in MS Office applications (MS Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
Must have the demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy, team environment.
Ability to handle multiple priorities and last-minute requests.
Bilingual (English/Spanish), a plus

Working Conditions:
Normal office environment setting or may be exposed to noise if working in or around a production area. Schedule is Monday through Friday, normal business hours. Constantly required to sit, use hands, talk, and hear. Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
Position Location:
Position is on-site Monday through Friday (8AM-5PM) and not remote eligible. Only under special circumstance(s) will the person be allowed to work remotely and with express written consent of senior leadership.
Compensation:
Compensation for this position will be commensurate with the candidate’s experience and qualifications, aligning with industry standards. The salary range for Monett, MO, is also based upon geographical market standards for the industry and position in those areas.
There is a possibility of a bonus(es) based on individual performance and merit to be paid at the sole discretion of the company, but bonus(es) are not guaranteed unless outlined in writing in the offer letter extended to the candidate selected for the position.
