Job Description
To administer the Despatch process including handover from receiving, printing of documentation invoicing and various other admin tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Handover from Receiving to Despatch.
- Data Capture all Despatch administration.
- Picking slips to be processed and captured.
- Invoices to be processed and captured.
- Updating DRM.
- Assisting with stock recon.
- Assist with customer complaints.
- Adhere and Comply to Food Safety & Health and Safety requirements.
Qualification Requirements
- Grade 12 with numerical ability and PC Literacy
Experience Requirements
- At least 2-3 years’ bakery industry experience in a similar position in the FMCG environment
