Job Description

To administer the Despatch process including handover from receiving, printing of documentation invoicing and various other admin tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handover from Receiving to Despatch.
  • Data Capture all Despatch administration.
  • Picking slips to be processed and captured.
  • Invoices to be processed and captured.
  • Updating DRM.
  • Assisting with stock recon.
  • Assist with customer complaints.
  • Adhere and Comply to Food Safety & Health and Safety requirements.

Qualification Requirements

  • Grade 12 with numerical ability and PC Literacy

Experience Requirements

  • At least 2-3 years’ bakery industry experience in a similar position in the FMCG environment
