This Service Specialist position offers a rewarding experience as you cater to diverse client needs from Wednesday to Sunday, between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Your role will be integral in maintaining a professional environment and assisting with various administrative tasks to enhance overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort and distribute mail and accountable packages
• Produce accurate copy, print, and scan materials
• Greet visitors warmly and manage phone communications
• Ensure cleanliness and readiness of conference rooms
• Assist with basic facilities tasks and supply maintenance
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED essential
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• Strong multitasking capabilities and attention to detail
• Ability to resolve issues tactfully and professionally
• Able to lift or move objects weighing up to 75 lbs.
