Client Service Representative – Essex Vermont
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 – $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25–40 per week
Schedule:
10 hour shift 7:45 am to 6:30 pm with a 1 hour lunch in the middle of the day
5 hour shift 7:45 am to 1 pm OR 1 pm to 6:30 pm
Monday to Friday,
Weekends as needed
No nights
Client Service Representatives are front line professionals who provide exemplary customer services to our clients. Friendly, professional and courteous, ourclient care teamgreets clients, answers phones, creates accurate and detailed client records, schedules appointments and takes payments.
Key Responsibilities:
Answers telephone calls quickly, efficiently, and in a professional and friendly manner using a multi-line system.
Warmly greets clients.
Prepares patient files.
Receives and relays client correspondence and updates client financial records.
Answers client’s inquiries
Educates clients on over-the-counter products.
Handles medical records entries accurately.
Handles payment transactions.
Receives and relays telephone, fax, and email messages accurately and promptly.
