Position: Client Services representatives (Part time) _ Eurofins Environment

Primary Purpose : Under the supervision of the depot Project Manager, this position is responsible for answering client requests on the phone or in person, entering client and sample information into LIMS, preparing supplies and bottles requests for clients, and ensuring that projects are processed quickly and delivered on time to operations.
Receiving samples from clients at the counter directly or by courier delivery
Sorting the samples and making note of any deficiencies
Discussing the project with the client to ensure clarity of the requirements, if necessary
Using the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) to log-in the samples and generate labels
Preparing bottles for client pick-up or shipping
Assisting in answering the phones / email
Note : This is a Scientific admin role and no analytical testing is carried out.
Minimum Requirements :
Good understanding of IT and PC applications and software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Good communication skills, work effectively and efficiently
Knowledge of environmental samples considered an asset
Self-starter, ambitious, and energetic
Laboratory experience considered an asset
