Skye Collective is a wellness technology company based in the U.S., helping practitioners around the world offer cutting-edge tools for nervous system healing using HRV and sound-based therapies. We develop patented products, custom biofeedback audio, and remote support systems that empower health and wellness providers to better serve their clients.

We’re growing and seeking a reliable, detail-oriented remote team member to help us manage client support, sales coordination, appointment setting, logistics, and light email marketing.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hybrid role combining customer support, admin operations, and marketing coordination.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email with professionalism and clarity

• Troubleshoot basic client issues and escalate when necessary

• Follow up with potential clients, send quotes, and schedule appointments

• Coordinate with fulfillment partners and track shipping logistics

• Maintain internal task tracking via Clickup

• Create and send 4 newsletters per month using email marketing tools

• Submit daily updates and meet weekly with the founder for check-ins

Who You Are

• A fluent English writer and communicator

• Comfortable handling multiple priorities and working independently

• Familiar with Missive, Clickup, Wordpress, and basic e-commerce tools

• Experienced with email marketing (Mailchimp or similar)

• Able to overlap with U.S. Pacific Time for 2–3 hours/day, Mon-Fri

• Based in the Philippines or a similar timezone preferred

• Bonus: Experience in customer support, wellness, or technical products

Details

Location: Remote (Philippines preferred)

Schedule: Flexible hours, with 2–3 hours/day overlap with PST

Type: Long-term, part-time or full-time (depending on candidate)

Compensation: $5–$8 USD/hour (based on experience)

Payment: Weekly or biweekly via Wise or preferred method
