Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of clinic branches to ensure service excellence and operational efficiency
- Coordinate closely with Head of Operations to implement operational policies, standards, and improvements
- Monitor branch performance, including service quality, manpower, and operational KPIs
- Lead and supervise branch teams (Front Office, operational staff, and supporting roles)
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, service standards, and company policies within the branch.
- Act as the main point of contact for operational issues and escalation at the area level
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in operations or area management (hospitality, healthcare, or service industry preferred)
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Able to work across locations and manage multiple teams simultaneously
- Willing to be placed in Surabaya
