Looking for a Virtual Assistant to help a Psychologist in Boise, Idaho

This job can be completed remote-only/WFH, and is part-time. If possible, I’d love to meet to interview candidates in-person to assess goodness of fit. I am located in downtown Boise, ID.
Anticipatory starting $20/hr at 5 hrs/wk (total 20hrs/$400 a month) to start. There is room to grow as the business/responsibilities continue to grow, and if the working relationship is a good fit.
Requirements:
Candidate must either:
Previous experience working in a health-care setting, some training and awareness of working with a range of diverse folx and communication styles, as well as HIPAA awareness and compliance.
OR
Interest in the world of psychology, counseling, with intent to grow or utilize this experience to further their own journey in the world of mental health. I am willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities will include:
Use of google voice and an assigned business email to manage communication
Use of Electronic Health Record software to provide scheduling and billing support
Scheduling support
Referral outreach and wait-list management
Intake support, provision of intake documents, and welcoming new clients
Billing, invoices, and super-bill follow up with clients
Schedule support and communication when I am out of office
Please note, that an assistant who provides excellent communication and handles their workload effectively may not need 5 hours/wk to complete the workload, but pay would stay the same (i.e – mgmt of all responsibilities does not take the full 5 hrs in the week, but you will still be paid $400/month. At the same time, this may also mean that a week is slow due to therapist being out of town, but the week following will be especially busy due to filling clients in the next week).
