Full Job Description

The Collections Administrator is responsible for following up on delinquent accounts for our Voluntary and VCAP Market business. The primary focus will be on managing policies with third party agencies, as well as other reporting and policy management tasks.

Job Responsibilities

Identifying the current stage and determining next steps of our collection policies.

Determining fair allocation of policies to collection reps and third party agencies.

Assist our collectors to maintain efficient workflow.

Update payments and agency costs on policies.

Determine active and closed status of policies and next steps.

Perform other policy monitoring and update procedures as needed.

Ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently and accurately.

Preferred Knowledge

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Exceptional attention to detail is crucial

Must have good problem-solving skills

Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience preferred

Proficient Computer skills are essential for this role

In accordance with pay transparency laws and regulations, the following good faith starting compensation is being provided. The starting compensation for this position is $18.50 per hour. Final compensation will be based on candidate qualifications, geographic location, and other considerations permitted by law.
