Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Processing Admin to join our team. The Processing Admin will be responsible for handling and processing various administrative tasks efficiently and accurately to support the billing processor and the organization’s operations.

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary contact for your property caseload, addressing billing questions and needs.
Communicate regularly and effectively with your billing processor to ensure all tasks and deadlines are met.
Advocate for property needs and provide timely updates on progress and issues.
Process and handle administrative tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Maintain and update records, including customer accounts and billing data, with the most accurate information, which also pertains to generating and providing client reports as requested.
Pull, save, and share data to support the billing process.
Send files of charges to clients for resident billing as required.
Create, update, and close customer accounts as needed.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and disputes related to billing with professionalism and clarity.
Aim to respond to inquiries as they come in, doing our best to reply within the same day and always within 24 hours to ensure excellent service.
Provide a clear explanation of billing policies and procedures for clients and property managers.
Work with other departments to resolve customer or client complaints and issues.
Ensure adherence to billing regulations and company policies.
Meet monthly deadlines and maintain a high level of organization to support workflow.
Send all required documents to clients in a timely manner.
Handle additional duties as assigned by the billing lead or billing manager.

Skills and Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in billing and documentation.
Strong communication and customer service skills for handling inquiries and maintaining relationships.
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance standards.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Adaptability to change and flexibility in handling new challenges.
Proficiency with computer systems, including Excel, Open Office, and data entry.
Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
