Key Responsibilities:
Litigate complex commercial matters and business disputes in State, Chancery, and Federal Courts Matters can include:
Fiduciary Duty Breach, Shareholder Disputes, Entity Litigation, M&A-related disputes, (Non)
Compliance with Corporate Governance and Formalities, and more Opportunities for Advisory / Outside Counsel support for such clients outside of the courtroom
1900 Billables with Pro Bono flex options
Compensation Details~$200k-$300k base, DOE Comprehensive Benefits and Bonuses
Core
Qualifications:
3yrs min exp in Commercial Litigation Ideally, experience Clerking within or appearing before Chancery Courts
DE Bar Admission strongly preferred
Other regional jurisdictions a plus (PA, NJ, MD, DC, VA)
