Key Responsibilities:
Master Data Management:
- Own the end-to-end product master data lifecycle, from creation to maintenance, on our core systems.
- Ensure the product database is consistently accurate and up-to-date, reflecting all changes from suppliers and internal policies.
Commercial System & Policy Operations:
- Implement and configure pricing policies, promotional schemes, and commercial contracts into the ERP/management software.
- Maintain strict quality control over system setups to ensure operational accuracy and minimize errors.
Promotion Management & Legal Compliance:
- Leverage a strong understanding of commercial regulations (Trade Law, requirements from the Department of Industry and Trade, Department of Health) to advise on and validate promotional programs.
- Act as the focal point for registering promotional campaigns with relevant government bodies (DOIT) and declaring drug prices (DOH).
- Take ownership of the legal and timeline aspects of all campaigns, from announcement to final reporting.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Consolidate and process large datasets related to sales, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and deliver periodic and ad-hoc reports to provide actionable insights for management, internal teams, and external partners/suppliers.
Requirements:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Sales Admin, or Data Management (Experience in Pharmacy/FMCG is a plus).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional precision in data entry and system configuration.
