£24,960 per annum
Monday to Friday – Daytime hours – NO EVENINGS OR WEEKENDS
We are recruiting an exceptional Community Associate to join an impressive workspace operation in Manchester. This is a varied and
exciting
role where you will act as the face of the business to members and private office clients assisting with enquiries, bookings, administration and events.

The ideal candidate:
* You will be an outgoing, customer focused receptionist as well as a fantastic host and face of the business.
* You will ideally have experience in an admin / reception customer faced role or within the hospitality sector.
* We are looking for a
brand ambassador
for the company that is always looking to exceed guest expectation.
* You will be a strong communicator with the ability to communicate at all levels and build rapport with regular tenants and visitors alike.
* You will be IT literate and have excellent
communication skills
, both written and verbal with strong administration skills.
* You will be well presented, have a positive energy and welcoming demeanour.
Responsibilities
* Host duties – Meeting and greeting visitors as they enter the building.
* Providing show arounds for potential tenants and guests.
* Accurately recording calls and visits and ensuring messages are passed to the correct people in a timely manner.
* Driving the Guest Services offering.
* Accountable for driving customer experience and becoming the first point of contact for tenants and visitors within the building.
* Assisting members and visitors with any day-to-day needs
