Looking for a qualified comapny secretary with minimum 5 years experience , out of which minimum 2 year experience is working as a compliance officer for a company listed on NSE/BSE.
Role focusses on meeting MCA and SEBI related compiances for a publicly listed company and working in close coordination with secrete rial auditors for regulatory and event based compliances as well as year end secrete rial audits
Legal qualification in addition to the above is preferred but not mandatory
