The Role & Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Solutions Ireland is looking for a highly motivated individual to join one of our company secretarial teams in Dublin which manages a diversified corporate client base under a rigorous control framework. The team consists of 3 onshore team members and a support team in Hungary and South Africa servicing approximately 1,000 legal entities.

Our company secretaries provide company secretarial and corporate governance services to our corporate clients and have full responsibility for ensuring that the client’s statutory books and records are accurate and meet company law requirements. The individual will manage a portfolio of clients with varying Cosec responsibilities. They must ensure a collaborative servicing approach with all our corporate solution functional teams to secure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
To provide consistent services across a diversified product base and client list, through a range of both scheduled tasks and ad-hoc tasks to include but not limited to; preparation of Company Registration Office (“CRO”) Filings, UBO reviews and BOR maintenance, client onboarding, drafting of minutes, maintenance of minute books, delivery of documents to the CRO, updating the company secretarial system with client data, building, and issuing registers and general company secretarial administration.

To work with the Team Manager in adhering to and developing appropriate procedures and processes to enable scalable growth of our clients.

Establish and maintain quality key internal and external relationships with a view to reaching and exceeding management and customer service expectations.

Tracking and reporting of task execution to comply with team accountability and completion of monthly metrics

Positive engagement and participation with huddle start-ups to report on task execution and facilitate team capacity requirements

Ensure the timely and accurate resolution of any internal or external issues and ensure effective, open, and clear communication is followed.

To work with the Team Manager to implement transformational projects on the team with regards automations using tools such as Board Intelligence and Otter.

To work with all Corporate Solutions teams to ensure a cohesive service to our clients across the different disciplines – cosec, accounting, tax compliance etc.

To develop an understanding of the broader services Apex provides, to identify further opportunities to expand our service offering to your clients.

Skills Required:
Qualified or part qualified ICSA preferred but not essential

Experience working in a business environment

Ability to work effectively in fast paced, complex and dynamic work environment

Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate effectively (written & oral) at all levels

Excellent attention to detail & organisations skills and an ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks under time pressure

Proven ability in embracing efficient use of systems & platforms
