This Administrative Officer for Loans Administrative Department is responsible for assisting the Head/s in handling and coordinating all administrative matters for the department/unit. The job may also include some operations related work as assigned by the Head/s.
Responsibilities:
Acts as liaison officer/central point of contact (POC) for the Department and coordination with other Business units
Handles incoming and outgoing correspondences/ documents (prepares/ finalizes memos, documents distributions, record, and reviewing/ consolidation for Department Head approval)
Assists in regular department General Assembly (preparation, attendance and minutes taking)
Provides administrative support to Department Head with discreet handling of business sensitive and confidential information.
Assists in the encoding or p reparation and editing of documents /presentation materials as required by Department Head or other Team Heads
Organizes and maintains the office filing system
Schedules and coordinates appointments/meetings external and internal)
Management of visitors, calls, billings and reimbursements
Supports employee related administration activities of the Business Unit.
Supports regular operations related tasks as assigned by the Department Head
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree graduate preferably business course
Experience using office productivity tools like spreadsheet, presentation and word processor
Administrative work experience
Proficient in organization, problem solving and analytical skills
Effective communication skills
Highly motivated and passionate with work; self -discipline with minimal management intervention and control
Flexible and adaptable
The candidate must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas.
