Job Overview
We are currently seeking a full-time, organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team in Somerville, NJ. The Administrative Assistant will have the freedom to play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of our installation projects, including handling customer calls, scheduling appointments, and overseeing contract administration. This position requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, strong follow-through, and the ability to multitask effectively.

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in our Somerville, NJ office. This role is crucial to ensuring smooth daily operations, superior customer service, and efficient administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Customer Service & Communication

Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist customers with scheduling service appointments and general account inquiries.
Coordinate with technicians to ensure seamless scheduling and project execution.

✅ Administrative & CRM Management

Maintain and update customer information within internal systems and our CRM database.
Oversee contract administration, including entering new customer data and tracking service agreements.
Generate and analyze monthly reports, including the sales audit process, to ensure data accuracy.

✅ Cross-Training & Operational Support

Gain knowledge in other business functions to provide support where needed.
Assist with general office tasks and contribute to the overall efficiency of the company.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related field preferred.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
