We are seeking a Construction Administrative Coordinator to join our Service team in Savannah, GA.

The Construction Administrative Coordinator (Coordinator) plays a vital role in supporting both the Service Field and Office teams. The Coordinator will oversee the entire service process, from call intake and service ticket dispatch to field information receipt and customer communication. Responding promptly to customer needs with a sense of urgency, the Coordinator ensures issue resolution. Handling various tasks, such as answering calls, generating purchase orders, assisting with repair documentation, and managing invoicing and collections, the manager supports the department’s administrative needs. Beyond coordination within the Service Team, this role is pivotal in developing and tracking service sales plans, expanding the customer base, and measuring marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and lead generation programs. Acting as a resource for service support, the Construction Administrative Coordinator provides information, answers questions, and assists both local and national customers as required.

Job Functions (include):

Support a service culture where customer service and business development are a priority, including prompt handling of customer inquiries and issues.

Plan, organize, and establish service administrative process for call in-take, service ticket dispatch, receiving information from field and communicating to customers.

Manage incoming calls and support customers by answering service questions. Respond promptly to customer inquiries and develop strong, long term relationships with customers.

Create service tickets and work with Superintendent/Service Manager on schedule and dispatch.

Champion paperless processes, such as the tablet, to encourage team to increase efficiency and streamline paper flow for quicker invoicing and improve customer communication.

Support the service technicians with their paperwork, customer details, timesheets, etc.

Support Service Manager/Superintendent/Customer Solution Center (CSC)/Manufacturers with customer information and communication from the office.

Sales:

Support a service culture where customer service and business development are a priority, including prompt handling of customer inquiries and issues.

Support service sales staff with estimates, proposals and close on service opportunities involving leak response, contracted repairs and preventive maintenance including annual or biannual inspections.

Develop service leads with new and existing customers for the profitable growth of service department.

Collaborate with other departments to promote cooperative sales and production.

Communicate on an ongoing basis to stay abreast of potential work opportunities through tracking and follow-up.
