ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT / COMMUNICATIONS

PART-TIME (18-20 HRS/WK – hourly rate)

ON-SITE / UP TO 3 HOURS REMOTE PER WEEK

The Administrative Assistant / Communications will provide general administrative and operational support as part of the office team.

The scope of work includes working with the administrative staff and volunteer leadership in the design, layout and preparation of internal publications, newsletters, event announcements, and other internal and external communications for both electronic and traditional dissemination. Responsibilities also include assisting with the maintenance of the website.

Proficiency and prior experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point, Publisher) and website platforms required. Applicants must possess strong organizational and communication skills and be able to learn a new website platform.
