We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Coordinator able to assist with preparation and coordinating of proposals, manuals, and presentations. Someone responsible for proactive administration of processing all submittals and RFI s to ensure timely turn-around.Corporate signage experience is a big plus

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for formatting project related reports, schedules and documents as needed.
Assist with generating budget reports and creating budget documentation for submission to project team and key stakeholders.
Actively participates in industry, client, and community relations to enhance company image.
Manages and coordinates key administrative tasks (maintain project manager s schedules, composes complex and confidential correspondence, files, answers process questions)
Assist on tracking budget numbers to monitor against the approved budget.
Research medical equipment specifications as necessary.
Ability to attend client user group meetings to provide support as requested.
Maintain a current (primary contact) list for vendors.
Assist in requesting quotes and maintain organization of all documents relating to procurement. Maintain tracking logs in Excel for all elements of procurement for ease of reporting throughout the project.
Maintains confidential employee files during the project and submits to human resources following project completion.
Provides employees with proper forms to make any payroll changes and submits completed paperwork to the payroll department.
Skills and Qualifications:
· 2 years’ prior experience preferred as a construction project coordinator
·Corporate signage experience is a big plus
· Must be computer literate in Microsoft, Scheduling, email, etc.
· Excellentcommunicationabilities, including writing, speaking andactive listening
· Knowledge of job site safety requirements and understanding of construction equipment, including safe operating practices and signs of maintenance issues
· Organizational skills, including time management, delegation, prioritization, andmultitasking
· A good work ethic and strict adherence to safe work practices
· Clean driving record.
