Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Yogyakarta. The Content Creator is responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging content across digital platforms to highlight local products and their stories. Day-to-day tasks include creating written, visual, and video content; collaborating with marketing and product teams; conducting basic research on target markets and trends; and ensuring brand consistency in all materials. The role also involves managing social media posts, tracking content performance, and adjusting strategies based on audience engagement. The Content Creator is expected to participate in on-site product visits, capture authentic narratives, and support campaigns that position local products for national and international exposure.

Qualifications

  • Ability to create and adapt content for various digital platforms, including social media, and short-form video.
  • Strong skills in storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication to convey product value and cultural context.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles, including audience targeting, content planning, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency with common content creation tools (such as graphic design, photo, or video editing software).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Comfort working on-site, visiting local producers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian; English proficiency is an advantage for international exposure.
  • Prior experience in content creation, marketing, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Demonstrated interest in local products, culture, and community-based initiatives.
  • Must be domiciled in Yogyakarta (or willing to relocate independently before joining).
  • Must have prior work experience in the F&B (Food & Beverage) industry.
