Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent diploma (Fresh Graduate open to apply)
- Minimum IPK 2,75
- Fluent in English both of Reading & Written (minimum B2 Upper Intermediate)
- Communicative
- Don't have any phobia (especially when watching videos)
- Willing to work in SHIFTING SCHEDULE including Weekend and Public Holiday
- Willing to place in YOGYAKARTA
Responsibilities:
- Review contents within agreed latency SLA and standards of quality
- Evaluate and monitor online content and advertising content in accordance with company policy
- Review all contents especially images, videos, live streaming, accounts, and text-based content on social media or E-Commerce
- Follow up on violations of applicable client policies
- Maintain the quality of content in each case reviewed
- Collaborate with cross-functional resources to notify and escalate substantial risk content per policy to ensure quick resolution.
