projects. We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator to

immediately join our team. The successful candidate will be required to work

with project stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered efficiently and

seamlessly.

Duties And Responsibilities

As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for the daily operations

Of The Delivery Division Such As

  • Support site team to deliver live projects on time and on budget
  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to coordinate works, deliveries and purchase orders in a timely manner
  • Prepare and manage project budget
  • Manage and track project delivery programme
  • Prepare and submit payment claims and variations in accordance with contractual obligations
  • Review and take note of all project documentation including legal documentation such as contracts (AS4000, AS4906 etc…)
  • Prepare documentation and tools required to assist site team and Senior Management with the delivery of each project
  • Manage drawing register for all live projects to ensure accuracy
  • Continually monitor performance of the department and implement appropriate strategies for improvement
  • Work closely with estimating division
  • Development/Management of business estimating templates and databases
  • Be the authoritative contact for all matters relating to the Department
  • Communicate with Senior Leadership team openly and as soon as any issues are identified
  • Overall responsible for delivery of projects from start to finish with minimal assistance from Senior Management
  • Reporting to the General Manager

Experience And Skills Required

  • Tertiary qualifications preferred
  • Over 4 years’ experience in a similar role is essential (Construction, Civil and Landscaping Contract Administrator experience)
  • Proven ability to manage contracts, budgets and programmes
  • Advanced technical knowledge of landscape and/or civil construction methodology, materials etc.
  • Competent and confident to use Microsoft suite of products including Word, Excel, PDF, Project etc.
  • Reliable transportation and NSW Drivers License
  • Workcover White Card
  • Fluent written and verbal English ability
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
