About the Opportunity
The Contracting Specialist is a vital administrative role responsible for activating new enrollees in U.S.-based apprenticeship and education benefit programs. You will ensure that all documentation from students, employers, and funding sponsors is accurate, compliant, and complete. By serving as the essential link between student onboarding and billing operations, this role ensures timely program launches and maintains the operational integrity of the organization’s professional retraining solutions.
Responsibilities
- Enrollment Management: Lead the administrative activation of new students; coordinate the contractualization workflow from initial acceptance to program launch.
- Compliance & Documentation: Prepare, review, and track enrollment and funding paperwork; verify student files for completeness and compliance with state and jurisdictional apprenticeship rules.
- Systems & Reporting: Maintain precise records in internal and external databases, including Salesforce, RAPIDS, and DAS.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary operational contact for paperwork inquiries, collaborating with Sales, Admissions, Finance, and external employer partners.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and playbooks to enhance the onboarding experience.
- Audit Readiness: Ensure all records are audit-ready to support seamless billing and funding application processes.
Requirements
- Workflow Expertise: Proven experience managing complex documentation workflows involving multiple stakeholders.
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using databases and document management systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Compliance Aptitude: Strong ability to interpret and apply complex funding, employer, and program rules to daily tasks.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on identifying and resolving documentation inconsistencies.
- Communication: Effective verbal and written skills for coordinating across global teams and external partners.
- Preferred Experience: Prior background in enrollment operations, compliance, or customer support is highly advantageous.
Compensation
