Job Duties:
oResponsible for administrative management of medical practice office locations and related sites of service
oWill assist in seeking out new locations to rent for opening clinics around DFW / work with leasing agents for those locations to bring information and cost back to leadership
oLandlord relations / lease procurement and renewal / identification of new sites / collaboration of contractors in culmination of projects
oWork with maintenance and building staff at sites as well as corporate office
Musthave:
o5+ years of experience in commercial property management or administration / real estate
oExperience in lease management, build outs & new site services, facility management, and landlord relations
oKnowledge of standard lease language, preferably in healthcare setting
oKnowledge of construction projects, bid process, floor plan schematics, and organizational structure
oAssociates Degree at minimum
oSome experience in a healthcare setting
