About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and discreet Coordinator (EA-inspired) to support a senior Partner within the CPS organization on the Sales side. This is a high-visibility, high-trust role operating in a fast-paced environment with significant cross-functional interaction across CPS and broader ICG teams.
This position goes beyond traditional administrative support, incorporating project coordination, execution oversight, and operational support across multiple concurrent initiatives. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of urgency, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities with precision and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support
- Provide direct support to a senior Partner, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and prioritization
- Manage communications and act as a gatekeeper across internal and external stakeholders
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
Project Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate and track multiple workstreams across CPS and ICG
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables and follow-ups across stakeholders
- Support ongoing business initiatives, including ad hoc and strategic projects
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Sales and internal teams to ensure alignment across priorities
- Maintain visibility into multiple moving pieces and proactively address gaps
- Facilitate efficient communication and coordination across teams
Operational Support
- Introduce structure and organization within a fast-moving environment
- Anticipate needs, identify inefficiencies, and drive process improvements
- Support leadership with materials, reporting, and meeting preparation
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or Operations role
- Experience supporting senior leadership in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and standard business tools
