• Support and maintain Core Banking System operations
• Manage user access, roles, and system security
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and enhance system performance
• Handle database administration, backups, and recovery
• Collaborate with MIS, reporting teams, and branch users
• Contribute to system improvements and new implementations
🎯 We’re Looking For:
• Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
• Experience with Oracle, RMAN, PL/SQL, or relational databases
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
