Responsibilities:

· Manage office renovation and maintenance

· Responsible for daily operations of security access control systems

· Facilities and fixed assets management

· Handle and supervise for general administrative support including procurement, equipment maintenance, payment requisition, etc.

· Assist in drafting policies and reports

· Other assigned ad hoc administrative tasks

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree holder or above

· At least 7 years’ relevant experience

· Solid experience in office renovation and/or security access control systems

· Good communication and interpersonal skill

· Details-minded, strong sense of responsibility and positive working attitude

· Good command of spoken Cantonese, Putonghua and English
