Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Corporate Administrator role based in Johor Bahru. The Corporate Administrator will support day-to-day corporate operations, including preparing and organizing corporate documentation, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with filing requirements and internal reporting. The role includes coordinating meetings, preparing minutes, handling correspondence, and supporting management with administrative tasks related to governance, compliance, and corporate planning. The Corporate Administrator will collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows, maintain orderly filing and data systems, and ensure timely follow-up on action items. This position also involves assisting in the preparation of presentations, basic reports, and documents required for stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies.
Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, including document management, filing, and record-keeping.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentations) and basic digital tools for communication and collaboration.
- Solid communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, professional correspondence, and minute-taking.
- Basic understanding of corporate governance, compliance processes, and internal controls, or willingness to learn in these areas.
- Attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and interact professionally with stakeholders at different levels.
- Previous experience in administration, corporate secretarial support, or office management is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced, growing organization in Johor Bahru.
