Our client, an established Law firm, is looking for an Corporate Services Administrator to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity to get a foothold in this growing industry and develop your career further.

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of clients and handling all requested related to their companies and day to day management.
  • Assisting with MBR filings and company incorporations.
  • Onboarding of clients and maintaining of due diligence files.
  • Regulatory filings.
  • Maintaining company registers and statutory files.
  • Closely communicating with MBR and authorities
  • Attending, taking minutes and preparing for board meetings and client meetings

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in Corporate Administration, in a similar industry such as Legal or CSPs
  • Knowledge of Corporate industry regulations and standards;
  • Proficient in MS office applications;
  • Excellent communications skills in both English and Maltese;
  • Pro-active and organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Knowledge of residency programs in Malta and application process will be considered as an asset.
  • Knowledge of payroll administration and social security documentation will be considered an as an asset.
