Our client, an established Law firm, is looking for an Corporate Services Administrator to join its growing team. This is a unique opportunity to get a foothold in this growing industry and develop your career further.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a portfolio of clients and handling all requested related to their companies and day to day management.
- Assisting with MBR filings and company incorporations.
- Onboarding of clients and maintaining of due diligence files.
- Regulatory filings.
- Maintaining company registers and statutory files.
- Closely communicating with MBR and authorities
- Attending, taking minutes and preparing for board meetings and client meetings
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in Corporate Administration, in a similar industry such as Legal or CSPs
- Knowledge of Corporate industry regulations and standards;
- Proficient in MS office applications;
- Excellent communications skills in both English and Maltese;
- Pro-active and organized with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Knowledge of residency programs in Malta and application process will be considered as an asset.
- Knowledge of payroll administration and social security documentation will be considered an as an asset.
