Job Summary

We are seeking a positive and professional individual to join our team at Itasca Reliable, as an Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities

Answer and transfer incoming phone calls with professionalism
Greet and assist walk-in clients
Sort and distribute incoming mail
Assist coworkers in quoting and policy changes
Process payments from customers
Gather and distribute various reports
Contribute to maintaining a positive professional atmosphere within the team.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
Experience with scheduling software and data entry systems
Professional demeanor and discretion with confidential information
Adaptability and a proactive attitude
Team player with a customer-service mindset

Preferred Prior Experience

Prior admin or office support role
Associates or Bachelor’s degree
Experience with an agency management system

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 – $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
