Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the Board of Directors' calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. 
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, minutes of meetings (MoM), and follow up on action items. 
  • Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and company records with discretion. 
  • Coordinate communication between the Board of Directors and internal or external stakeholders. 
  • Organize business meetings, company events, and executive visits. 
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents. 
  • Support administrative tasks and special projects assigned by the Board of Directors. 
  • Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. 
  • Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents. 
  • Perform other administrative duties to ensure efficient executive office operations. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. 
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English. 
  • Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills. 
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities. 
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure. 
  • Flexible, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
