Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Board of Directors' calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentation materials, minutes of meetings (MoM), and follow up on action items.
- Handle confidential documents, correspondence, and company records with discretion.
- Coordinate communication between the Board of Directors and internal or external stakeholders.
- Organize business meetings, company events, and executive visits.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documents.
- Support administrative tasks and special projects assigned by the Board of Directors.
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Maintain organized filing systems for physical and digital documents.
- Perform other administrative duties to ensure efficient executive office operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or Administrative role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.
- Flexible, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced work environment.
