As reliable infrastructure requires exceptional talent, we are looking for a Corporate Secretary & Communication Officer to strengthen our team in Batam. Responsibility:
As Corporate Secretary & Communication Officer, you will play a key role in strengthening market positioning. You will:
- Manage and organize the Board of Directors' schedule, including internal and external meetings.
- Ensure all business agendas and priorities are implemented effectively.
- Prepare letters, documents, reports, and other administrative needs.
- Take meeting minutes and monitor follow-up on each action item.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company information and documents.
- Compile and process presentation materials required by the Board of Directors for shareholders and stakeholders.
- Collect and process data from various departments to be used as presentation and report materials.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure the Board of Directors' needs are met.
- Serve as a liaison between the Board of Directors and internal and external stakeholders.
- Arrange meeting schedules, meeting rooms, and other logistical needs.
- Prepare meeting agendas and distribute necessary materials.
- Arrange business travel, including tickets, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Assist in monitoring the progress of projects and strategic initiatives undertaken by the Board of Directors.
- Follow up with relevant PICs to ensure targets and timelines are achieved.
- Prepare regular progress reports.
Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree from any major.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Secretary, or similar position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint (required), Word, and Excel.
- Possess strong multitasking skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
- Possess high integrity and the ability to maintain confidentiality of information.
- Able to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
