About The Role:
- Monitor, analyze, and ensure the accuracy of customer credit data in accordance with applicable regulations
- Maintain and enhance internal systems related to credit information and reporting
- Prepare and review credit reports from various credit bureaus to assess customer financial conditions
- Ensure timely submission of credit data to regulators and credit reporting bureaus
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Risk, Compliance, Finance) to resolve credit reporting issues
- Conduct audits of credit reporting processes and provide recommendations for operational improvements
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations such as POJK, PBI, and other applicable regulatory requirements
- Manage periodic, annual, and ad-hoc regulatory reporting accurately and within deadlines
- Identify, investigate, and resolve discrepancies in credit reporting data
- Ensure secure handling of customer credit data in line with data protection and regulatory standards
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
- 2–5 years of experience in credit administration or credit reporting within banking/financial services
- Strong understanding of banking regulations and credit reporting compliance standards (e.g., POJK, PBI)
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel and/or SQL
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in reviewing data and reports
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly
- Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and work under tight deadlines
- Professional certifications in banking or financial services are a plus
