Job Description / Responsibility
- Conduct internal investigations on misconduct, theft, fraud, or policy violations;
- Monitor workplace discipline and ensure adherence to company rules;
- Prepare detailed investigation reports with findings and CAP recommendations;
- Coordinate with HR, Admin, Security and any other departments for disciplinary actions;
- Identify risk areas and suggest preventive measures;
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally;
- Review CCTV footage and collect evidence when required.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Law (LLB)
- Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Sociology
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law, Sociology or relevant field.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Plastic/ Polymer Industry, Furniture Manufacturer
Additional Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in investigation, compliance or security (preferred)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
