Job Description Summary
We are looking for a proactive and organized Customer Experience & Administrative Assistant to join our team in Bali. In this dual-role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence, while also providing essential secretarial and administrative support to our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Handle all incoming calls, messages and manage customer inquiries or complaints via phone, email, Whatsapp and social media.
- Doing sales according to the lead distribution by the manager.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Administrative & Secretarial Support
- Manage daily secretarial tasks and assist with administrative operational needs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process accounts, and organize file documentation.
- Prepare daily reports regarding customer complaints and ensure timely follow-ups.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare and submit monthly activity reports to the Sales Manager.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth office operations.
Required Qualifications
- Language: Excellent English skills, both verbal and written, are a must. Other language such as mandarin proficiency is beneficial
- Experience: Previous experience in sales, customer service or hospitality, is preferred.
- Soft Skills: Creative, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Location: preferable residence in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali
