Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Jakarta Metropolitan Area for a Customer Relation Specialist. The role involves ensuring customer satisfaction, addressing customer inquiries, and building strong relationships with clients. Daily tasks include handling customer support requests, resolving issues, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance the customer experience. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing retention strategies and helping to improve overall service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Customer Retention and Customer Satisfaction
- Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Customer Support and delivering exceptional Customer Service
- Ability to foster positive client relationships and ensure a high standard of customer engagement
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle client concerns effectively
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field is preferred
- Experience in the financial or trading industry is an advantage
- Fluency in Indonesian and English (verbal and written communication)
