1031 Crowdfunding is hiring a Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service and assist with various administrative and clerical tasks. As the first point of contact for our office, the Receptionist plays a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and staff while supporting the smooth operation of our office locations.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled multitasker, able to manage a variety of administrative duties while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Responsibilities

Greet Visitors and Manage Reception

Welcome visitors with a friendly attitude, directing them to their destination or arranging for team members to meet them. Ensure visitors sign in for security and record-keeping purposes.

Answer General Inquiries

Serve as the main point of contact for visitors and callers, addressing inquiries professionally and providing accurate information. Redirect inquiries to the appropriate person or department when needed.

Maintain Reception and Common Areas

Keep the reception desk and shared spaces tidy and organized, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and that all materials are properly arranged.

Manage Incoming Calls

Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the correct person or department, taking messages if needed and ensuring timely follow-up.

Provide Accurate Information

Offer clear, correct, and up-to-date information in person, on the phone, or via email about office operations, policies, and services.

Receive and Distribute Mail/Deliveries

Manage incoming mail, packages, and deliveries, sorting and distributing them accurately and promptly. Maintain a log of receipts as needed.

Take Inventory and Restock Supplies

Monitor office and kitchen supplies, reorder as necessary, and ensure everything is organized and accessible.

Maintain Filing System

Organize and maintain the digital filing system using Microsoft Office Suite, ensuring easy access and up-to-date records.

Support Real Estate Department Sponsor Relations

Assist with sponsor relations tasks, maintaining clear communication and supporting logistical needs for sponsor-related initiatives.

Assist with Administrative Tasks

Provide general administrative support such as scheduling, data entry, and event organization as needed to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications

2+ years office administration experience
Microsoft Office suite experience
Strong verbal and written communication
Confident interpersonal skills and an ability to create a pleasant experience for all clients
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
Proficient with Microsoft Office and database systems

Compensation:

Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Hourly Rate: $25 – $28 per hour
