– Perform various administrative tasks to support the office operations

– Proofread documents for errors and inconsistencies
– Utilize computer literacy skills to handle data entry and manage electronic files
– Assist in personal tasks for executives as a personal assistant
– Manage phone systems and direct calls appropriately
– Coordinate electronic signatures using DocuSign
– Maintain organizational systems for efficient office functioning
– Assist in event planning and coordination

– Proven experience in an administrative role
– Proficiency in transcribing and typing accurately
– Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail
– Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
– Prior experience as a personal assistant is a plus
– Familiarity with phone systems and handling calls effectively
– Knowledge of DocuSign or willingness to learn
– Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
– Ability to assist in event planning and coordination

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
