Administrative/Customer Assistant

Position Summary:

As an Administrative/Customer Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting office administration and client contract negotiations. This position requires strong multitasking abilities, data management skills, and the capacity to make swift decisions in a high-paced environment. You will have the support and guidance of our dedicated team.

General Responsibilities & Job Duties:

Perform daily data entry into our CRM system.

Maintain regular communication with clients through reminders, collections, follow-ups, and phone calls.

Provide support and guidance to clients via phone and email.

Collaborate with attorneys to analyze and organize client settlements while ensuring the confidentiality of information.

Assist team members with various projects as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Note: This position is based in Miami, Florida, and is not a remote position.

Competencies Requirements:

Communication: Effectively communicate in writing and verbally at all organizational levels. Present information to management, attorneys, and clients with clarity.

CRM Database: Utilize CRM databases to extract insights, generate reports, and analyze client data.

Organization: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Customer Orientation: Demonstrate a positive attitude and exceptional customer service skills.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and Adobe PDFs for editing and organization.

Self-Motivation: Self-starter with the ability to manage projects independently with minimal supervision.

Preferred:

Customer Service Experience:1-2 years of experience and knowledge of customer service practices.

Language:Full knowledge of English. Ability to speak, understand, and express yourself with confidence.

Note: This is a full-time position with working hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Compensation:

The payment range for this position may vary based on factors such as experience, education, and additional responsibilities.

Starting pay for this role ranges from $18.00 to $23.00 per hour.
