Position:

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:Efficiently handle incoming calls and other communications with customers, ensuring every interaction is conducted with integrity and a customer-first approach.

Supportive Teamwork:Assist team members and executives with various clerical tasks while fostering a collaborative environment. Actively contribute ideas to enhance team effectiveness and operational efficiency.

Operational Excellence:Manage document scanning, printing, and filing with attention to detail. Oversee daily shipping and receiving operations, troubleshoot any issues, and take necessary steps to resolve them, demonstrating accountability and initiative.

Administrative Efficiency:Prepare regularly scheduled reports and manage purchase orders efficiently. Continuously strive to improve processes and reduce costs, embracing our core value of growth through innovation and change.

Requirements:

Professional Communication:Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have prior experience engaging customers with professionalism and respect. Proficiency on the phone is a plus.

Technical Proficiency:Strong skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, and familiarity with common office equipment. Knowledge of Canva and/or QuickBooks is a plus.

Organizational Skills:Exceptional time management and the ability to prioritize work efficiently. Must be a self-starter with the initiative to work independently and handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Problem Solving:Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills, capable of working under moderate supervision and taking decisive action when necessary.

Work Hours, Location, & Benefits:

Full-time position:Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5 pm.

Location:Onsite at 980 Buenos Ave, Ste 1A, San Diego, CA 92110

Compensation:Competitive pay starting at $22.50 per hour.
