We are seeking an outgoing, friendly, and detail-oriented person to join our team in a customer service and administrative support role. This is a remote-work position.
Salary range is $55,000 -> $60,000, based on experience. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance options after 30 days; 401(k) with company match; paid holidays; PTO.
This position involves working with chiropractic offices nationwide that use our software to manage their practices. Responsibilities include contacting customers by phone to help update payment information in our existing computer systems, assisting with general customer service inquiries, coordinating company tradeshow bookings, and handling tradeshow logistics such as booth shipping, electrical, and related scheduling details.
The ideal applicant will be comfortable speaking with customers on the phone, have a pleasant and professional demeanor, be organized, and be able to manage multiple tasks accurately and efficiently. Proficiency with common productivity tools is expected, and experience with customer service, administrative work, or event coordination is a plus.
