Role Description The Customer Service Administrator is a full-time, on-site role based in Cikupa. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses. Daily tasks include processing orders, maintaining customer records, coordinating with internal teams (such as sales, logistics, and finance), and tracking the status of deliveries or service requests. The Customer Service Administrator will monitor customer feedback, help resolve issues, and support continuous improvement of service processes. The role also involves preparing basic reports, updating databases, and ensuring all customer-related documentation is complete and organized.
Qualifications
- Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Experience capabilities.
- Able to communicate in English as working language with headquarter
- Ability to maintain and enhance Customer Satisfaction through responsive, solution-oriented interactions.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle inquiries and explain information accurately.
- Attention to detail in data entry, documentation, and order processing, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Cikupa, collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in customer service, administration, or a related field is preferred; experience in trading or distribution is an advantage.
- Minimum of a diploma or degree in Business, Administration, or related disciplines is beneficial.
