You will be paid a competitive hourly wage of $18-20 with the potential for growth opportunities within the showroom. We offer a benefits package that includes healthcare, retirement, and paid time off.
Under the supervision of the Showroom Manager, the ProSource Expeditor will provide day-to-day support for the showroom. This position is crucial in maintaining smooth operational flow, allowing the Showroom Managers and Sales team to concentrate on continuing positive relationships with existing clients and acquiring new clients.
What you will do:
Monitor open orders to ensure accuracy, ie. Freight and discount lines, proper salesperson
Place showroom/office supply orders
Notify customers when materials arrive daily in the absence of account managers
Rectify invoice discrepancies
Obtain outbound freight quotes
Answer/screen telephone calls and greet clients
Provide the best customer experience possible
Other tasks as assigned
Daily order review
Showroom Maintenance/Cleaning
Display Maintenance (tagging, drops, damaged samples/boards
Order Picking
Inventory Control
Continuing Education on Industry Materials
Daily Monetary Transactions, daily recdeipt reconciliation, and daily bank run
Ability to lift 25-50 lbs
You might be a great match if you have:
High School diploma or GED
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience using Microsoft Office
A general understanding of technology and the internet (using mobile devices, apps, and internet searches)
Warehouse experience is a plus, but not necessary
