Customer Care Specialist

Your Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming calls and assist customers with questions, concerns, and service needs.
- Greet and support customers who visit the office.
- Listen carefully, identify customer needs, and provide helpful, accurate solutions.
- Schedule appointments and keep customer information organized and up to date.
- Complete transactions, forms, and other documentation with attention to detail.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure customers receive consistent and timely service.
- Follow up on open requests or concerns to confirm they have been fully resolved.
- Help maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional office environment.
