Responsibilities

Providing customer service to clients, addressing customers’ inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner

Assisting the sales team with administrative tasks, such as data entry, order processing, and maintaining accurate records

Perform order processing and coordinate with operations team on shipping arrangement to ensure on time delivery

Coordinating with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services to clients

Identifying and communicating any potential problems or opportunities to the sales team

Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Diploma or Nitec in Business Administration or Supply Chain & Logistics or equivalent

At least 1 – 2 years of sales support or customer service coordinator experience
