This role will handle customer inquiries, resolves issues, and supports the order-to-shipment process. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential to maintain customer satisfaction. The role reports to the Regional Head overseas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and mentor customer service representatives to drive team performance
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, including shipping delays, order discrepancies, and damaged items, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with local logistics teams to track shipments and ensure timely deliveries to customers.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, policies, and CRM tools to enhance efficiency
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and oversee demand, supply, and delivery planning to ensure timely fulfilment

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of customer service experience in the automotive industry, with leadership exposure
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English.
  • Solid understanding of customer service operations, processes, and analytical approaches
  • Strong organizational, multitasking skills, and proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office
